| *Pet Policy* Our standard is to allow up to 2 pets in some buildings. Each pet must pass a temperament test which will be conducted at your current residence by one of our veterinary technicians. There is a one time fee of $100 for the test & cleaning solutions to be used when you move out. There is also an additional $25 per month pet rent. The charge is the same for one or two pets. For more complete rules please contact us. **Reduced deposit for qualified applicants** You must qualify for the reduced deposit. Regular deposits are equal to one month of rent. ***Owner Financing ***Some homes can be purchased. Some of these have owner financing available. Normal down payments are 20% of the Purchase Price. You must qualify for a decreased down payment. |
